A bond reduction hearing has been set for Friday, May 21 at 9 a.m.
McWilliams attorney Stephen Wyse filed the motion on Wednesday. The motion requests that the bond be set at $50,000. Â
McWilliams was charged second degree murder, first degree robbery and armed criminal action. Authorities say in December 2017, McWilliams and two other individuals unlawfully entered a home on Lasso Court in Boone County and demanded money and property. Roberts was found with a gunshot wound and significant injuries to his face.
According to previous KOMU 8 reporting, police said the homicide involved a home invasion and drug use. Police later found a black pullover jacket with the victim s blood near a U-Haul packed with marijuana and THC vapor pens. DNA taken from the jacket was sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol DNA Laboratory for analyzation. It came back as a match for McWilliam s DNA.
The alleged sexual harassment started when Walter first met Manson in May 2010, she claims that she was invited to his home in West Hollywood where the shock rocker allegedly asked her to take off her top and pinned her on a bed. Manson had also tried to kiss her, bit her ear, as well as forcing her to put her hands under his pants.
The lawsuit file also stated that Manson repeatedly talks about abuse and brags that he had gotten away with raping women . The singer had also repeatedly told his assistant that he wanted to kill women he was involved with, .

Michael Shawn Hartley, 47, of 9654 South US Hwy. 19E in Spruce Pine, was charged on May 11 with possession of methamphetamine.
Ellen Nicole Lewis, 24, of 99 Medie Lewis Road in Newland, was charged on May 11 with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Adam Scott Vance, 27, of 194 Jay Vance Lane in Newland, was charged on May 11 with simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and carrying a concealed weapon.
Frederick Matthew Grindstaff, 38, of 4497 Old Toe River Road in Newland, was charged on May 12 with child support.
